Oleobi S.r.l. Changes Its Legal Entity Name to Flodraulic Industrial S.r.l.

Oleobi S.r.l. hereby announces that, following a resolution adopted on September 24, 2025, the company will change its legal entity name. Effective October 1, 2025, Oleobi S.r.l. a Socio Unico will operate under the new legal entity name Flodraulic Industrial S.r.l. a Socio Unico.

This change is part of the company’s organizational evolution and does not affect its legal continuity, contractual obligations, or operational activities.

As of October 1, 2025, the following updates will apply:

  • All invoices must be issued to Flodraulic Industrial S.r.l.

  • All existing contracts previously entered into with Oleobi S.r.l. will be automatically updated with the new legal entity name Flodraulic Industrial S.r.l., in accordance with applicable civil law provisions. These contracts will remain fully valid and effective, without interruption or modification, with the sole change being the company name.

  • The new PEC (Certified Email) address will be: flodraulic.ind@legalmail.it

  • The new corporate website will be: www.flodraulicindustrial.com

  • The e-commerce platform will temporarily remain active at www.shop.oleobi.it; a dedicated communication will follow regarding its update.

  • Personal email addresses will change from name.surname@oleobi.it to name.surname@flodrauliceurope.com

Generic email addresses will be updated as follows:

Partners and stakeholders are kindly requested to retain the current data of Oleobi S.r.l. a Socio Unico in their systems until September 30, 2025, and to update their records with the new company details starting from October 1, 2025.
